Personal Insurance Account Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a dedicated and experienced Personal Insurance Account Manager to join a team. This role involves managing a portfolio of personal insurance accounts, providing exceptional service, and ensuring client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in personal lines insurance, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to account management. Compensation Package

  • Base Salary: $50,000–$60,000 annually

Responsibilities

  • Manage personal insurance accounts from start to finish, including quoting new and renewal business, policy servicing, endorsements, and upselling/cross-selling
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally
  • Collaborate with team members to maintain a supportive and efficient work environment
  • Utilize AMS360 and Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word) to manage accounts and documentation
  • Maintain a polished and professional demeanor in all client and staff interactions

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Licensing: Active Missouri Property & Casualty (P&C) license (Personal Lines Producer License or regular P&C License)
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of current P&C experience as a Personal Lines Account Manager or CSR in an independent agency
  • Preferred Experience: Prior experience with high-net-worth accounts is a plus but not required
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in AMS360 and Microsoft Office Suite
