Compensation Package

Responsibilities
- Effectively manage an assigned book of business.
- Provide exceptional service to clients, including quoting new and renewal business.
- Handle standard and high-net-worth accounts with professionalism and attention to detail.
- Utilize EPIC software to manage client accounts and ensure accurate documentation.
- Collaborate with a remote team to achieve shared goals and contribute to the agency's growth.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and address their insurance needs effectively.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licenses/Certifications: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in personal insurance account management.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in EPIC software is preferred.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining a team-oriented mindset.
