Personal Lines Account Manager (PLAM)
Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated and professional Personal Lines Account Manager (PLAM) to join a growing team. Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $50,000 - $70,000 annually (commensurate with experience)

Responsibilities
- Manage and service a book of business, including standard and high-net-worth personal lines accounts
- Handle renewals (approximately 80% of workload) and quote new business (approximately 20% of workload)
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and insurance carriers
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive and productive work environment
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licenses: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required
- Experience: Open to candidates with varying levels of experience; compensation will be commensurate with experience
- Software Skills: Experience with AMS360 is preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented office environment
- A stable work history with a demonstrated commitment to previous roles
