Personal Lines Account Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated and experienced Personal Lines Account Manager to join a team. The ideal candidate will manage a book of business with a total premium of $4 million, including home, auto, umbrella, and some high-net-worth accounts. This role requires a proactive individual with strong technical skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to handle renewals, quoting, marketing, and cross-selling.
This is a hybrid position, requiring 1-2 days in the office and the remainder of the week working remotely.
Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $60,000 - $75,000 annually

Responsibilities
- Manage a book of business consisting of 800 client accounts with $4 million in premium
- Handle renewals, quoting, cross-selling, and upselling opportunities
- Process endorsements and provide exceptional customer service
- Collaborate with a virtual assistant for back-end support
- Work with standard lines accounts, including home, auto, and umbrella policies
- Utilize AMS360 software for account management and documentation
Qualifications/Requirements
- Active Property & Casualty (P&C) License
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Proficiency in AMS360 or similar agency management software
- Strong technical skills and ability to adapt to new technologies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A proactive, go-getter mentality with a focus on client satisfaction
