Job Summary

Seeking a dedicated and experienced Personal Lines Account Manager to join a team. As a key member of the Personal Lines Department, you will play a vital role in managing client relationships, providing tailored insurance solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Compensation Package

  • Base Salary: Competitive and commensurate with experience.
  • Incentives: Commission opportunities include 25% on new business and 15% on renewals.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of personal lines insurance accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Provide expert advice and tailored insurance solutions to meet client needs.
  • Process policy changes, renewals, and endorsements efficiently using AMS 360 software.
  • Collaborate with carriers such as Patriot, Andover, USLI, Chubb, Foremost, Guard, Hanover, and others to secure competitive quotes and coverage options.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, carriers, and team members.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, products, and regulations to provide the best service possible.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Experience: Previous experience in personal lines insurance is required.
  • Licensing: Active Property & Casualty Insurance License is preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in AMS 360 software is highly desirable.
  • Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
  • Work Ethic: Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications or training in insurance is a plus.
