Personal Lines Account Manager
Job Summary
An established agency is seeking a personable and motivated Personal Lines Account Manager to provide exceptional service to clients. This role involves handling new and renewal business, quoting, policy issuance, and identifying cross-sell opportunities while maintaining strong client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Provide timely and accurate quotes for new and renewal business.
- Manage overall account servicing, including policy changes, billing inquiries, and coverage questions.
- Negotiate with carrier underwriters to secure the most competitive terms for clients.
- Quote, bind, and issue policies with multiple carriers and rating systems.
- Recognize cross-sell opportunities to strengthen client relationships and expand accounts.
- Deliver excellent customer service to ensure high retention and satisfaction.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Previous experience working with personal lines coverage in an agency or brokerage environment.
- Proven customer service and sales skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently.
- Active Property & Casualty license required.
- Experience with Applied Epic preferred.
