Personal Lines Account Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated and experienced Personal Lines Account Manager to join a well-established, family-owned insurance agency. The Personal Lines Account Manager will be responsible for managing and servicing personal lines accounts, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction, and contributing to the continued growth and success of the agency.
Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $50,000 - $75,000 (depending on experience) + commissions & bonus opportunities

Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive servicing for personal lines accounts, including home, auto, umbrella, and other standard policies.
- Manage a portfolio of accounts, utilizing a round-robin servicing approach.
- Quote and process new and renewal business efficiently and accurately.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, carriers, and internal team members.
- Utilize Applied EPIC software to manage accounts and ensure accurate documentation.
- Collaborate with leadership and team members to identify opportunities for process improvement and client satisfaction.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licensure: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in personal lines insurance.
- Leadership experience is a plus.
- Open to candidates with captive insurance experience.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Applied EPIC software is preferred.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
