Personal Lines Account Manager (Service)

Compensation Package

• Salary: Up to $50,000 annually (depending on experience)

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with producers and account executives to provide end-to-end service for personal lines accounts, including standard and some high-net-worth clients.
• Manage daily account servicing tasks, including policy changes, renewals, and client inquiries.
• Quote new and renewal business to ensure competitive and comprehensive coverage for clients.
• Utilize EPIC software to manage client accounts and maintain accurate records.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Licensure: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of personal account management experience within an insurance agency.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in EPIC software is required.
• Knowledge: Strong understanding of personal standard lines insurance, with some exposure to high-net-worth accounts preferred.
• Attributes: Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
