High Net Worth Account Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a highly skilled and experienced High Net Worth Account Manager to join a growing team. This is a fully remote position, offering the opportunity to manage a book of business primarily focused on middle-market private client accounts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HNW/Private Client insurance and experience with carriers such as Pure, Berkeley One, Safeco, and AIG. This role offers a dynamic and supportive work environment with opportunities for professional growth.
Compensation Package
- Salary: $70,000 - $100,000 (depending on experience) + commissions

Responsibilities
- Manage a middle-market book of business, servicing accounts from A-Z
- Handle private client/HNW accounts, including quoting new and renewal business
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and carriers such as Pure, Berkeley One, Safeco, and AIG
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to maximize client satisfaction and revenue growth
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client retention
- Stay updated on industry trends and carrier offerings to provide expert advice to clients
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licenses/Certifications: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required
- Experience: 3-5+ years of experience in HNW/Private Client insurance
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in EPIC software preferred
- Soft Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills; ability to work independently in a remote environment; client-focused mindset; attention to detail; and a proactive approach to account management
- Other: Familiarity with carriers such as Pure, Berkeley One, Safeco, and AIG preferred
