Personal Lines Producer

Job Summary

Seeking a motivated and dynamic Personal Lines Producer to join a growing team.

Compensation Package

• Compensation: $50,000 base (depending on experience) + commissions

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a robust book of business by selling personal lines insurance products.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term satisfaction and retention.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth.
• Collaborate with internal teams to provide exceptional service and support to clients.
• Utilize Applied Epic software and Microsoft Suite to manage accounts and streamline processes.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Licenses/Certifications: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a similar role preferred.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Applied Epic software is a plus.
• Soft Skills: Friendly, warm, and welcoming demeanor; self-motivated go-getter with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Work Ethic: Strong sales acumen with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
