Job Title: Personal Lines Account Associate

 

Job Summary:
An established and growing independent insurance brokerage is seeking a motivated Personal Lines Account Associate to join its professional team. This entry-level position offers the opportunity to learn and develop a successful insurance career, with a clear growth path toward becoming an Account Manager. The role includes a hybrid work schedule following training.

 

Responsibilities:

• Support the advising, analysis, retention, servicing, marketing, and coverage expansion efforts for assigned personal lines clients.
• Assist with processing new and renewal business.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in the agency management system.
• Provide prompt, professional customer service to meet client needs.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure client satisfaction and account retention.

 

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Entry-level experience; exposure to multiple insurance carriers a plus, but not required.
• Property & Casualty license (or willingness to obtain upon hire).
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
