Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Personal Lines Account Executive to join our team. The Personal Lines Account Executive will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service, and offering insurance solutions tailored to meet the unique needs of individual clients.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing personalized insurance recommendations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction with insurance products and services.
- Collaborate with underwriters to negotiate terms and coverage options on behalf of clients.
- Stay informed about industry trends and changes in insurance regulations to provide clients with accurate and up-to-date information.
- Analyze clients' current insurance policies and make recommendations for improvements or changes as needed.
- Handle policy changes, new business, renewals, non-renewals, certificates, and endorsements.
Qualifications/Requirements
- At least 1 year of relevant insurance industry experience; 2+ years preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and colleagues.
- In-depth knowledge of insurance products and regulations.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in insurance software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Holds an active P&C (Property and Casualty) insurance license.
