Job Summary
The Personal Lines Account Manager will oversee and service a portfolio of high-net-worth personal insurance accounts. This role demands a consultative approach to risk management, exceptional client liaison skills, and the ability to deliver accurate, compliant policy solutions.
Responsibilities
- Manage and service a book of high-net-worth personal lines accounts, ranging from mono-line policies to complex, large-value programs
- Prepare quotes, process renewals, and maintain policy documentation with precision
- Provide consultative risk management guidance and tailored coverage recommendations
- Cultivate and sustain strong client relationships through proactive communication and follow-up
- Negotiate terms, pricing, and coverage options directly with carriers
- Utilize Applied Epic for policy administration, record-keeping, and client correspondence
- Collaborate with colleagues across underwriting, claims, and support functions to ensure seamless service delivery
Qualifications/Requirements
- Active Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance license
- Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience servicing high-net-worth personal lines accounts
- Proficiency with Applied Epic or similar agency management systems
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a client-focused mindset
- Demonstrated ability to analyze risk and recommend appropriate insurance solutions
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
