Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Personal Lines Account Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of personal insurance accounts. This role requires a strong understanding of account management and exceptional customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong client relationships by providing personalized service and timely communication
• Manage a portfolio of personal lines insurance accounts and ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation
• Identify opportunities to upsell additional insurance products to existing clients
• Collaborate with underwriters and insurance carriers to provide comprehensive coverage options for clients
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and insurance products to provide expert advice to clients
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies
• Proactively address client inquiries, concerns, and claims to ensure a high level of satisfaction

Qualifications/Requirements

• 5 years of personal lines account management experience preferred
• Holds an active P&C (Property and Casualty) insurance license - required
• An active L&H (Life and Health) License is preferred but not required
• In-depth knowledge of personal lines insurance products and underwriting processes
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented and organized with a focus on delivering high-quality service
• Proficiency in insurance agency management systems and Microsoft Office suite
