Personal Lines Account Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a dedicated and experienced Personal Lines Account Manager to join a close-knit and dynamic team. This role is pivotal in providing exceptional service to clients by managing personal lines accounts, including home, auto, umbrella, renters, and high-value homes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in insurance, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to thrive in a collaborative and supportive work environment.

Compensation Package

  • Competitive salary range: $45,000 - $65,000 (based on experience).
  • Competitive benefits package, 401(k), paid time off, professional development opportunities, etc.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary relationship manager for personal lines accounts.
  • Handle the full renewal process, including quoting and policy updates.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, issuing ID cards, and processing policy changes.
  • Utilize agency management software (Hawksoft) to manage accounts and maintain accurate records.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Work with a book of business totaling approximately $2.4 million in premium.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Licenses/Certifications: Must hold a valid Property & Casualty (P&C) license in Washington State.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in personal lines insurance.
  • Familiarity with insurance carriers and processes is required.
  • Proficiency in Hawksoft software is preferred but not required (training will be provided).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and with attention to detail.
