Personal Lines Account Manager

Compensation Package

  • Salary: Up to $65,000 annually

Responsibilities

  • Quote and market new and renewal business for personal lines accounts
  • Prepare proposals and negotiate terms with carriers to secure the best outcomes for clients
  • Collaborate closely with producers to support client needs and account growth
  • Maintain and manage client accounts using EPIC software
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly
  • Stay updated on industry trends, carrier offerings, and regulatory requirements

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Licensure: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required
  • Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience in personal lines insurance, including quoting, marketing, and negotiating with carriers
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in EPIC software preferred
  • Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Location: Must be located within 2-3 hours of the office for remote work eligibility
