Personal Lines Account Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated and experienced Personal Lines Account Manager to join a close-knit and family-oriented team. This role is integral to the mission of providing exceptional service and support to clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in personal lines insurance, thrive in a high-volume environment, and possess a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. This position offers a mix of sales and service responsibilities, with a focus on building and maintaining client relationships.
Compensation Package
- Salary: $50,000 - $60,000 annually + bonus opportunities

Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of personal lines accounts, handling both sales and service needs (60% service, 40% sales).
- Respond to client inquiries via calls, emails, and texts, addressing service needs, new business opportunities, and cross-sell opportunities.
- Quote and process new and renewal business.
- Work with carriers such as Hanover, Citizens, Auto-Owners, Fremont, AAA, Safeco, Liberty Mutual, Progressive, and Nationwide.
- Utilize agency management software (Eclipse Online) and rating tools (ACS).
- Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licenses: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
- Experience: Must have prior experience in an independent insurance agency. Candidates with high-volume experience at State Farm or similar agencies are preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Eclipse Online and ACS rater is a plus.
- Soft Skills: Ability to handle high-volume workloads, strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a client-focused mindset.
