Personal Lines Account Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated and experienced Personal Lines Account Manager to join the well-established and family-oriented insurance agency. This role is integral to maintaining our commitment to exceptional client service and retention. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in personal lines insurance, a proven ability to work independently, and a passion for fostering positive client relationships.
Compensation Package
- Base Salary: $54,000 - $66,000 annually + rentention bonuses and commission

Responsibilities
- Manage a book of standard personal lines accounts, including home, auto, and umbrella policies
- Focus on client retention through exceptional customer service
- Handle daily CSR tasks such as processing endorsements, adding vehicles, and assisting walk-in clients
- Quote new and renewal business as needed
- Utilize agency management software (IMS4 and PL Rater) to maintain accurate client records
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations and client satisfaction
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licenses: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) License is required
- Experience:
- 3-5 years of experience in personal lines insurance (non-captive preferred)
- Strong preference for candidates with experience in Insurance
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in PL Rater and IMS4 preferred
- Soft Skills:
- Strong multitasking abilities
- Excellent work ethic and ability to work independently
