Seeking a motivated and service-oriented Personal Lines Account Manager to join a dynamic and team-focused organization. Compensation Package

  • Salary Range: $55,000 - $65,000 annually

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional service to clients by managing personal lines accounts, including renewals and policy changes.
  • Handle all service-related tasks with a focus on client satisfaction and retention.
  • Upsell and cross-sell additional products and services to meet client needs.
  • Collaborate with senior agents and team members to ensure seamless client support.
  • Utilize EzLynx software for account management and processing.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Licensure: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in personal lines account management or a related field.
  • Strong service-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and be coached.
  • Familiarity with EzLynx software is preferred.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-focused environment.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
