Personal Lines Account Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a dedicated and experienced Personal Lines Account Manager to join a growing team. As a Personal Lines Account Manager, you will play a critical role in servicing and managing personal lines accounts, ensuring client satisfaction, and contributing to the agency's continued success.

Compensation Package

  • Salary Range: $50,000 - $65,000 annually, plus 50% commission on new business.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and service standard personal lines accounts, including quoting, servicing, and rounding.
  • Handle both new and renewal business with a focus on delivering exceptional client service.
  • Utilize EPIC software to manage accounts and ensure accurate documentation.
  • Collaborate with producers and other team members to support the agency's growth and success.
  • Maintain a professional and client-focused approach in all interactions.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Licensure: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in personal lines insurance, with a strong background in quoting, servicing, and rounding accounts.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in EPIC software or similar agency management systems.
  • Preferred Background: Candidates with experience in Erie or similar captive environments are highly desirable.
