Seeking an experienced Personal Lines Account Manager to join a growing insurance team. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of personal insurance experience and a strong ability to manage client relationships, policy servicing, and renewals in a fast-paced agency environment.
Responsibilities
Manage and service a book of personal lines insurance accounts
Process renewals, endorsements, policy changes, and billing inquiries
Assist clients with coverage reviews and policy recommendations
Provide excellent customer service to clients, carriers, and agency partners
Remarket policies when needed to maintain competitive coverage and pricing
Maintain accurate client records within the agency management system
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of Personal Lines insurance experience
Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required
Knowledge of personal insurance coverages including Home, Auto, Umbrella, Flood, and Valuable Articles
Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills
