Personal Lines Account Manager

Seeking an experienced Personal Lines Account Manager to join a growing insurance team. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of personal insurance experience and a strong ability to manage client relationships, policy servicing, and renewals in a fast-paced agency environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and service a book of personal lines insurance accounts
• Process renewals, endorsements, policy changes, and billing inquiries
• Assist clients with coverage reviews and policy recommendations
• Provide excellent customer service to clients, carriers, and agency partners
• Remarket policies when needed to maintain competitive coverage and pricing
• Maintain accurate client records within the agency management system

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of Personal Lines insurance experience
• Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required
• Knowledge of personal insurance coverages including Home, Auto, Umbrella, Flood, and Valuable Articles
• Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills
