Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Personal Lines Account Manager to join our team. As a Personal Lines Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients while providing exceptional customer service. You will also be tasked with managing and coordinating various aspects of clients' personal insurance policies.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing personalized service and addressing their inquiries and concerns.
  • Collaborate with insurance carriers to obtain quotes and coverage options for clients' personal insurance needs.
  • Analyze clients' insurance requirements and provide tailored recommendations for policy changes or updates.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and policy information in the company's database.
  • Process policy renewals, endorsements, and cancellations in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends and changes in insurance regulations to effectively advise clients.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Account Manager in the insurance industry, with a focus on personal lines preferred.
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and build rapport with clients.
  • In-depth knowledge of personal insurance products and coverage options.
  • Proficiency in using insurance management software and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple client accounts simultaneously.
  • Holds an active P&C (Property and Casualty) insurance license.
