Personal Lines Account Manager
Job Summary
Looking for a highly motivated and experienced Personal Lines Account Manager to join a dynamic team. This role involves managing a diverse portfolio of middle-market and high-net-worth personal lines accounts, providing exceptional service, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $75,000 - $90,000 annually
- Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package, including 401(k) plan.
- Work Arrangement: Hybrid
Responsibilities
- Manage a book of business with account sizes ranging from $20,000 to $60,000 in premium.
- Provide full-service account management, including quoting and presenting renewals, processing endorsements, and sending invoices.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency.
- Utilize AMS360 software to manage accounts and streamline processes.
- Collaborate with team members to implement new technologies and improve workflows.
- Deliver exceptional customer service while adhering to company policies and procedures.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licenses/Certifications: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Personal Lines Account Manager, with a focus on middle-market and high-net-worth accounts.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in AMS360 software is required.
- Soft Skills:
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.

- Trainable and adaptable to new technologies and processes.
- Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
