Job Summary

Seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Personal Lines Account Manager to join a team. In this role, you will manage a book of 400-500 clients, focusing on home, auto, and umbrella insurance policies.

Compensation Package

Base Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 annually

Responsibilities

Manage a book of personal lines accounts, including home, auto, and umbrella policies.
Handle renewals, quoting, cross-selling, and upselling opportunities.
Collaborate with a virtual assistant for backend support.
Provide exceptional customer service to clients.
Utilize AMS360 software for account management.
(Optionally) engage in sales activities.

Qualifications/Requirements

Licenses: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) License required.
Experience: Minimum of 1 year in a similar role; candidates with captive experience are encouraged to apply.
Technical Skills: Proficiency with AMS360 software and general comfort with technology.
