Personal Lines Account Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Personal Lines Account Manager to join a team. In this role, you will manage a book of 400-500 clients, focusing on home, auto, and umbrella insurance policies.
Compensation Package
- Base Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 annually

Responsibilities
- Manage a book of personal lines accounts, including home, auto, and umbrella policies.
- Handle renewals, quoting, cross-selling, and upselling opportunities.
- Collaborate with a virtual assistant for backend support.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients.
- Utilize AMS360 software for account management.
- (Optionally) engage in sales activities.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licenses: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) License required.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year in a similar role; candidates with captive experience are encouraged to apply.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with AMS360 software and general comfort with technology.
