Personal Lines Account Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Personal Lines Account Manager to join a growing team. This role involves managing a high-volume book of personal lines insurance business, ensuring exceptional client service, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and carriers. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in personal lines insurance, a deep understanding of underwriting guidelines, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. This is an in-office position offering a collaborative and professional work environment.
Compensation Package
- Salary: $65,000 - $70,000 per year

Responsibilities
- Manage a high-volume book of personal lines insurance business, ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent service, advocacy, and professional communication.
- Handle renewals, service requests, claims, billing, and new policy processing.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of market appetites, underwriting guidelines, and submission procedures.
- Review applications, policies, endorsements, and audits for accuracy.
- Conduct loss/claim analysis and prepare summaries.
- Coordinate expiration lists with the department manager to secure renewal business information.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licenses/Designations: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in personal lines insurance.
- Software Proficiency: Experience with Epic software preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a high-volume environment.
