Personal Lines Account Manager

Job Summary

Looking for a dedicated and experienced Personal Lines Account Manager to join a growing team. This role is pivotal in providing exceptional service to clients by managing a mix of standard and high-net-worth accounts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in personal lines insurance, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment.

Compensation Package

  • Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000 annually

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of personal lines accounts, including standard and high-net-worth clients.
  • Handle daily account servicing tasks such as policy changes, answering client inquiries, and assisting with claims issues.
  • Re-market existing accounts as needed to ensure optimal coverage and pricing.
  • Process renewals and assist clients with adding new policies.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless account management.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Licenses/Designations: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
  • Experience: Minimum of 4 years in personal lines account management preferred.
  • Software Proficiency: Experience with EPIC software is highly desirable.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • A positive attitude and a commitment to fostering a collaborative workplace culture.
