Personal Lines Account Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated and experienced Personal Lines Account Manager to join a team. This is a full-time, on-site position that offers the opportunity to work with a dynamic and supportive team.
Responsibilities
- Manage personal lines insurance accounts, including home, auto, and, if applicable, life insurance policies.
- Handle all aspects of account management from quoting new and renewal business to servicing existing accounts.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Utilize EPIC software to manage client information and process transactions efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members and management to ensure seamless operations and client satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends and maintain required licensure/designations.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in personal lines insurance, with a preference for candidates with captive or independent agency experience.
- Licensure: Active P&C (Property and Casualty) License required for the role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in EPIC software or similar insurance management systems.
- Customer Service: Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-focused approach.
- Work Environment: Must be able to work on-site to assist walk-in clients.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or training in insurance is a plus.
