Job Title: Personal Lines Account Manager
Job Summary:
An established, independent insurance agency is seeking an experienced Personal Lines Account Manager to oversee a mixed book of standard and private client accounts. This role involves full-service account management, maintaining strong relationships with clients and carriers, and occasionally assisting with new business efforts. The position offers a collaborative, professional environment with a focus on personalized service and long-term client relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a personal lines book valued at approximately $500K–$600K in premium.
- Provide full account servicing (A–Z, excluding billing) for both standard and private client accounts.
- Process policy changes, endorsements, renewals, and certificates.
- Deliver high-touch client service tailored to varying coverage needs.
- Accurately document activities and maintain records in AMS360.
- Assist with quoting and onboarding of new business as needed.
- Build and maintain strong client and carrier relationships.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure exceptional service delivery.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- 2+ years of personal lines account management experience.
- Experience working with both standard and private client accounts.
- AMS360 experience strongly preferred.
- Experience with multiple carriers.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to communicate effectively with clients.
- Active Property & Casualty license required.
Compensation Package:
- Compensation: $65K–$80K (based on experience).
