Personal Lines Account Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Personal Lines Account Manager to join a dynamic and collaborative team.
Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $40,000 - $60,000 (depending on experience) + commissions

Responsibilities
- Handle personal lines policies, including quoting and renewing business.
- Respond to inbound calls from new business leads and close sales effectively.
- Provide exceptional service to existing clients, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a high standard of service and operational efficiency.
- Utilize EPIC and other agency management software tools to manage accounts and streamline processes.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
- Minimum of 3 years in personal lines insurance required.
- A proven track record of consistent job tenure in previous roles is required.
- Previous experience using EPIC is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to handle both selling and servicing responsibilities is required.
- Works effectively as a collaborative team player.
- Communicates clearly and applies strong problem-solving abilities.
