Personal Lines Account Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a dedicated and experienced Personal Lines Account Manager to join a growing team. As a Personal Lines Account Manager, you will play a key role in servicing and managing standard personal lines accounts, supporting producers, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional service to personal lines clients, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally
  • Support producers by managing accounts, quoting new business, and assisting with renewals
  • Handle account servicing tasks, including policy changes, endorsements, and client inquiries
  • Round out accounts by identifying opportunities to offer additional coverage options
  • Quote both new and renewal business using EPIC software
  • Collaborate with team members to maintain a high standard of client satisfaction
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Licensure: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in personal lines account management, including servicing and rounding accounts
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in EPIC software preferred
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, on-site environment
  • A proactive and client-focused approach to account management
