Personal Lines Account Manager (High Net Worth Focus)
Job Summary
Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Personal Lines Account Manager with a focus on High Net Worth (HNW) clients to join a team. This role offers the opportunity to work with a family-owned organization that values flexibility, work-life balance, and professional growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in personal lines insurance, particularly in the HNW space, and the ability to manage accounts with premiums ranging from $25K to $100K. This position is ideally hybrid/onsite, but are open to remote candidates within Illinois who have EPIC experience and can hit the ground running.
Compensation Package
- Salary: Up to $90K–$100K for highly qualified candidates who can seamlessly integrate into the role.

Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of personal lines accounts, with a focus on High Net Worth clients.
- Handle accounts with premiums ranging from $25K to $100K.
- Work with a variety of carriers, including Auto-Owners, Cincinnati, West Bend, AIG, Chubb, Pure, and Berkley.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring their insurance needs are met with tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain and grow client relationships.
- Stay updated on industry trends and carrier offerings to provide the best possible service.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in the High Net Worth personal lines insurance space.
- Familiarity with carriers such as AIG, Chubb, Pure, and Berkley is highly preferred.
- Experience with EPIC software is strongly desired.
- Candidates from captive insurance backgrounds will be considered based on experience and compensation expectations.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a hybrid or remote environment.
