Personal Lines Account Manager

Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $50,000 - $70,000+ (depending on experience)
- Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance and 401(k).
- Work Arrangement: Hybrid work model available after training.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional service to personal lines clients, including handling inquiries, processing policy changes, and addressing client needs.
- Assist with quoting new and renewal business for standard personal lines accounts, including high-net-worth clients.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless account management and client satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in the agency management system.
- Support the team in achieving departmental goals and objectives.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licensure: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in servicing personal lines accounts preferred; candidates with direct writer or captive experience are encouraged to apply.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and team members.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ambitious and eager to learn, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Familiarity with insurance software systems is a plus.
