Personal Insurance Account Manager

Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000 annually, commensurate with experience.

Responsibilities
- Provide daily servicing of a personal lines book of business, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
- Negotiate with underwriters on eligibility decisions and resolve any issues that arise.
- Manage high-value insurance products, including but not limited to: High-Value Home Insurance, Farm and Ranch Estates, Collector Car Owners, Fine Art Collectors, Private Aviation, Umbrella Insurance, Flood Insurance, Domestic Workers Compensation, Personal Automobile, Homeowners, Renters, and more.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, underwriters, and internal teams.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company standards.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of 3+ years in personal insurance account management, preferably within a retail agency setting.
- Licensure: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
- Skills:
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Work History: A proven track record of consistent job tenure in previous roles is required.
