Personal Lines Claims Associate

Job Summary

Seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Personal Lines Claims Associate to join a growing team. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless claims processing and exceptional client service. As a Personal Lines Claims Associate, you will act as a liaison between clients and third-party companies, verifying policies, resolving issues, and maintaining accurate claim files.

Compensation Package

• Hourly Rate: $30.22 - $35.71 (up to $74,000 annually, with potential for higher compensation based on experience)

Responsibilities

• Complete and maintain accurate claim files.
• Verify policy details and ensure compliance with company standards.
• Act as a liaison between clients and third-party companies to resolve claims-related issues.
• Monitor and update the status of claims, ensuring timely communication with all stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Producers and Personal Lines Account Managers to provide updates on claims status.
• Utilize EPIC software to manage claims efficiently.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Licensure: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
• Experience: Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in personal lines claims; additional experience is highly valued.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in EPIC software preferred.
• Skills: Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Work Environment: Ability to work onsite for the first 90 days, transitioning to a hybrid schedule thereafter.
