Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to personal insurance policies.
- Assist clients with policy changes, renewals, and payments, ensuring accurate and timely updates.
- Educate customers on insurance products and services to identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.
- Act as a liaison between customers and insurance carriers to facilitate claims processing and other policy-related matters.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of customer interactions, transactions, and updates in the database.
- Build and foster strong, long-lasting client relationships through professional, responsive, and empathetic service.
- Collaborate with team members in addressing complex client needs and sharing best practices.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Proven experience in a customer service, insurance, or related role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with agency management software is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional problem-solving capabilities and the ability to handle challenging customer interactions with professionalism and empathy.
- Holds an active P&C (Property and Casualty) insurance license (or willingness to obtain).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and focus in a fast-paced environment.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills with a client-first mindset.
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
