Customer Service Representative

Job Summary

Looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join a team. This role is ideal for a professional with experience in personal and commercial insurance lines who thrives in a collaborative and supportive work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage personal lines accounts, including processing endorsements and renewals.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Quote new and renewal business as needed.
  • Collaborate with Account Managers and other team members to ensure seamless account management.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation in AMS360 software.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Licenses/Designations: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years in personal and/or commercial insurance lines preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in AMS360 software is highly preferred.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Problem-solving mindset with a customer-focused approach.
