Customer Service Representative
Job Summary
Looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join a team. This role is ideal for a professional with experience in personal and commercial insurance lines who thrives in a collaborative and supportive work environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage personal lines accounts, including processing endorsements and renewals.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Quote new and renewal business as needed.
- Collaborate with Account Managers and other team members to ensure seamless account management.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in AMS360 software.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licenses/Designations: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in personal and/or commercial insurance lines preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in AMS360 software is highly preferred.
- Soft Skills:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Problem-solving mindset with a customer-focused approach.
