Responsibilities:

As a CSR/Insurance Assistant, you'll be at the forefront of customer service, supporting account managers and producers, and ensuring account retention. You'll be responsible for providing impeccable service, independent thinking, and effective problem-solving.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in policy quoting, binding, and issuing, changes, certificates and endorsements
• Ability to identify opportunities for account expansion and suggest relevant coverage.
• Collaborating with multiple producers and a seasoned service team.
• Cultivating professional customer service skills.
• Experience with Agency Management Systems such as EZ Lynx, Salesforce are preferred

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience in an independent brokerage or agency.
• Active Property and Casualty (P&C) license.
• Experience in a collaborative team environment.
• Demonstrated ability to engage face-to-face with customers and professional phone presence.
• Proficiency in data entry and online quoting.
• Providing administrative support and contributing to various projects as needed.
