Job Summary

Seeking a professional and detail-oriented Receptionist/Personal Lines CSR to join a team. This role is pivotal as the first point of contact for the agency, ensuring smooth communication and exceptional service for clients. Responsibilities

  • Serve as the front-line representative of the agency, answering and directing incoming calls professionally and efficiently.
  • Handle personal lines insurance changes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with agency standards.
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including managing correspondence and maintaining organized records.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations and client satisfaction.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant insurance industry experience.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in relevant software applications is preferred.
  • Professional demeanor, attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a customer-focused mindset.
  • An active P&C (Property and Casualty) insurance license is preferred.
