Personal Lines Customer Service Representative (CSR)
Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Personal Lines Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join a growing team. Compensation Package
- Salary Range: Up to $60,000 annually (depending on experience)

Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Service personal lines accounts, including quoting new and renewal business
- Process endorsements and policy renewals accurately and efficiently
- Assist with light sales activities, if comfortable, to support agency growth
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless client experiences
- Utilize IMS Xanatek software for account management and documentation
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licensure: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required
- Experience:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in personal lines insurance
- Experience with Erie Insurance is highly preferred
- Sales experience is a plus
- Strong team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt to a hybrid work schedule and commute within a 30-minute radius
- Proficiency in IMS Xanatek software is a plus, but training will be provided
