Personal Lines Customer Service Representative (CSR)

Job Summary

Seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Personal Lines Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join a growing team. Compensation Package

  • Salary Range: Up to $60,000 annually (depending on experience)

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
  • Service personal lines accounts, including quoting new and renewal business
  • Process endorsements and policy renewals accurately and efficiently
  • Assist with light sales activities, if comfortable, to support agency growth
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless client experiences
  • Utilize IMS Xanatek software for account management and documentation

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Licensure: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required
  • Experience:
    • Minimum of 1 year of experience in personal lines insurance
    • Experience with Erie Insurance is highly preferred
    • Sales experience is a plus
  • Strong team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to adapt to a hybrid work schedule and commute within a 30-minute radius
  • Proficiency in IMS Xanatek software is a plus, but training will be provided
