Personal Lines Customer Service Representative
Job Summary
Looking for a highly professional and organized Personal Lines Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join a team. This role is ideal for someone with experience in handling affluent clients and a strong background in personal lines insurance. You will play a vital role in managing client relationships, ensuring their needs are met with the highest level of service and professionalism.
Responsibilities
- Manage and service a book of HNW personal lines insurance accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
- Handle new and renewal business, including quoting and processing policies.
- Provide exceptional customer service to affluent clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in the EPIC software system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Uphold the highest standards of professionalism and organization in all client interactions.
Qualifications/Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience in personal lines insurance; 3+ years preferred.
- Holds an active P&C (Property and Casualty) insurance license.
- Proficiency in EPIC software is highly preferred.
- Strong organizational skills, professionalism, attention to detail, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth clients.
- This is a fully remote position; candidates must have the ability to work independently and efficiently in a virtual setting.
