Job Summary
Seeking a Personal Lines Inside Sales Representative that will be responsible for generating revenue for an existing book of business by upselling, cross-selling, and acquiring new personal lines business. This role combines sales and service functions, ensuring timely policy adjustments and delivering exceptional client support.

Responsibilities

• Contact assigned book of business to identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, or acquiring new personal lines business
• Conduct outbound and inbound sales calls to meet or exceed individual sales targets
• Process policy changes, endorsements, and renewals in a timely manner
• Obtain and compare quotes (re-shop) to ensure competitive coverage and pricing for clients
• Assist clients with claims inquiries, liaise with carriers, and track claim status until resolution
• Issue and distribute insurance ID cards, certificates, and other policy documents
• Maintain accurate client records and update agency management systems with policy and contact information
• Collaborate with producers and underwriters to resolve complex client issues and facilitate smooth transactions

Qualifications/Requirements

• Active Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance license required
• 2+ years of experience in personal lines insurance sales or account servicing
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals for a book of business
• Strong phone-based selling and negotiation skills
• Solid understanding of personal lines products and endorsements
• Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to handle claims inquiries and policy servicing tasks efficiently
• Proficiency with agency management systems, quoting platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite
• Detail-oriented approach with strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Ability to multitask and prioritize competing demands in a fast-paced environment
