Serve as the lead on all high-net worth personal line placements.
Run and analyze reports for carrier and book review.
Partner with top-tier carriers for quoting, negotiations, and premium alignment.
Distribute quotes and coordinate with servicers to ensure smooth binding.
Track production goals and report on outcomes.
Bind coverage and process payments efficiently.
Lead and manage assigned projects with minimal oversight.

🎯 Who You Are:

Licensed in Property & Casualty – Personal Lines (NY or NJ).
5+ years of experience in personal lines insurance with strong high-net worth expertise.
Excel-savvy with solid Microsoft Office skills.
Experience with Applied/Epic or similar agency software preferred.
Sharp, organized, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative team.
A self-starter with a sense of urgency and professionalism.
