Personal Lines Sales Agent

Job Summary

Seeking a dynamic and results-driven Personal Lines Sales Agent to join a growing team. This is focus on building and maintaining strong relationships with referral sources such as realtors, lenders, and dealerships. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record homeowners insurance market and the ability to handle a high volume of inbound leads while also generating new business opportunities.

Compensation Package

  • Base Salary: $40,000 - $50,000 annually
  • Commission: 20% on new business, 5% on renewals after the first year

Responsibilities

  • Manage and convert approximately 100 inbound leads per month, with an expected close rate of 30%.
  • Generate new referral sources for homeowners insurance by building relationships with realtors, lenders, and other key partners.
  • Achieve a monthly production target of approximately $35,000 in premium.
  • Cross-sell additional personal lines insurance products to maximize client value.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, sales, and client interactions in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop strategies for market expansion and client retention.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Proven experience in the homeowners insurance market, with a strong understanding of local regulations and customer needs.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with referral sources such as realtors, lenders, and dealerships.
  • Strong sales acumen with a track record of meeting or exceeding production targets.
  • Ability to handle a high volume of leads and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Experience in cross-selling personal lines insurance products is highly desirable.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Valid insurance license in Florida is required.
