Personal Lines Producer

Job Summary

Seeking experienced and motivated Personal Lines Producers to join a dynamic and growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and new-business development, with 3–5 years of experience in Personal Lines insurance, either from an independent agency or captive environment.

Compensation Package

• Base Salary: $70,000+
• Work Arrangement: Fully remote

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a profitable book of Personal Lines insurance business
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth
• Build and nurture strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term satisfaction and retention
• Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service to clients

Qualifications/Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in Personal Lines insurance, preferably in a production role
• Proven track record of success in sales and new-business development
• Experience in both captive and independent agency environments is welcomed
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated and comfortable working in a remote environment
• Ability to manage time effectively and meet production goals
