Personal Lines Producer

Job Summary

Seeking experienced and motivated Personal Lines Producers to join dynamic and growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Personal Lines insurance, a proven track record in sales and business development, and the ability to build and maintain a profitable book of business.

Compensation Package

• Base Salary: $70,000+

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a profitable book of Personal Lines insurance business
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth
• Build and nurture strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term satisfaction and retention
• Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and support to clients

Qualifications/Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in Personal Lines insurance (preferred)
• Background in either a captive or independent agency environment
• Proven ability to generate new business and meet sales targets
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated and comfortable working in a remote environment
• Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks
