Personal Lines Producer

Job Summary

Seeking experienced and motivated Personal Lines Producers to join a dynamic and growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and new-business development, with 3–5 years of experience in Personal Lines insurance, either from an independent agency or a captive environment.

Compensation Package

• Base Salary: $70,000+
• Work Arrangement: Fully remote

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a profitable book of Personal Lines insurance business.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term satisfaction and retention.
• Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to provide exceptional service and support to clients.

Qualifications/Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in Personal Lines insurance, preferably in a sales or production role.
• Proven track record of success in sales and new-business development.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while meeting production goals.
• Experience in both captive and independent agency settings is a plus.
