Personal Lines Producer

Job Summary

Seeking experienced and motivated Personal Lines Producers to join a dynamic and growing team. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of experience in Personal Lines production, with a proven ability to build and maintain a profitable book of business.

Compensation Package

• Base Salary: $70,000+
• Work Arrangement: Fully remote

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a profitable book of Personal Lines insurance business.
• Drive new business development through proactive sales efforts and relationship building.
• Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, in a remote work environment.
• Provide exceptional service to clients, ensuring their insurance needs are met effectively.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless policy processing and client satisfaction.

Qualifications/Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in Personal Lines insurance production, preferably in a sales-focused role.
• Background in either a captive or independent agency environment.
• Strong sales and business development skills with a proven track record of success.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely with minimal supervision.
