Compensation Package

• Base Salary: $70,000+ (depending on experience)

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a profitable book of Personal Lines insurance business
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth
• Build and nurture strong relationships with clients and prospects
• Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a high level of client satisfaction
• Stay informed about industry trends and changes to ensure compliance and competitiveness

Qualifications/Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in Personal Lines insurance (preferred)
• Background in either a captive or independent agency environment
• Proven ability to generate new business and meet sales targets
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated and comfortable working in a remote setting
• Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks
