Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Personal Lines Renewal Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the renewal process for personal insurance clients and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Review and assess personal lines insurance policies to determine renewal options
  • Communicate with clients to obtain necessary information for the renewal process
  • Prepare and present renewal options and quotes to clients
  • Follow up with clients to answer any questions and address concerns
  • Ensure all paperwork and documentation is accurate and complete for policy renewals
  • Collaborate with underwriters and other team members to provide the best possible renewal options for clients
  • Stay up to date on industry trends and changes in regulations that may impact policy renewals
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the renewal process

Qualifications/Requirements

  • 1+ year of relevant independent agency experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
  • Knowledge of insurance industry regulations and best practices
  • Proficiency in using insurance management software and MS Office suite
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet renewal goals
  • Holds an active P&C (Property and Casualty) insurance license – required
