Personal Lines Sales Leader

Job Summary

Seeking a dynamic and experienced Personal Lines Sales Leader to join a growing team. This is a unique opportunity to lead and shape a high-performing sales team, drive revenue growth, and foster a culture of excellence. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in personal lines insurance, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to build relationships at all levels, including with banking executives and partners.

Compensation Package

  • Base Salary: $125,000 - $150,000 annually
  • 401(k): Competitive plan with employer match

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of 6-7 Personal Lines Producers, with plans to expand the team further.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
  • Create a positive and collaborative team culture, mentoring and training new producers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with banking executives and partners to leverage referrals (80% of business comes from bank referrals).
  • Represent the organization professionally in front of banking executives and other stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with executive management to establish and refine sales processes, structures, and procedures.
  • Oversee the management of High Net Worth (HNW) and Standard Middle Market accounts.
  • Travel occasionally to various locations as required.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Licenses/Certifications: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) License is required.
  • Experience:
    • 5-8+ years of experience in Personal Lines insurance.
    • Leadership experience is preferred but not required; candidates with strong technical expertise in Personal Lines will also be considered.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in EPIC software is preferred.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
    • Ability to build relationships and foster collaboration.
    • Results-driven with a proactive, "go-getter" attitude.
    • Strategic thinker with the ability to implement effective sales processes.
  • Other Requirements:
    • Ability to work onsite.
    • Willingness to travel occasionally.
